We have been growing and producing kale chips since 2012.  They can be purchased online here, at Wyke's Independent Grocer, or thru the Potluck Community Co-Op, and 12 Days of Christmas (seasonal) market in Whitehorse.  We produce a 75 gram bag in our Original Flavour.  Our kale is organically raised on our farm.

 

We grow, harvest and dehydrate our kale using daughter Jenny's recipe.  Of the super healthy greens, Kale is King!  Kale contains: Vitamins A, K and C, Vitamins B1, B2, B6, niacin, calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, potassium, manganese and phosphorus.
